Antique Dealers must represent their merchandise truthfully and have any reproduction material labeled as such. We reserve the right to have you remove any merchandise we deem detrimental to the show from your table or booth.

Trappings Dealers must be the maker of the merchandise displayed in your booth or on your table unless cleared by show management prior to set up.

Badges: Each dealer will receive (2) two badges only. The only exception is the children of the displaying dealer. Please do not give or transfer your badges to other people, if you do this you will not be asked back to the show. Additional badges (no limit) may be purchased for $50 each. These badges are good for the entire show including set up.

Set-Up: Thursday 6pm to 11pm  and again on Friday 7am to 10am ; Please check in early and get your badges, and READ your packet.
Check in will take place Wednesday during auction preview times : 10am to 5pm and Thursday during the auction : 10am to 3pm.
We also ask that you have your space completely set up and ready for the general opening of the show on Friday 10am. Please see separate information page for more info.
Any space not occupied by 9am Friday will revert back to the Show Management for resale.
